Reservation conditions

• Reservation Deposit and Payment of the invoice:
• The apartment is rented for a minimum period of 3 days
• The house is rented for a minimum period of 5 days

You can obtain a definitive reservation upon payment of a deposit corresponding to 50% of the stay (by bank check (France and made payable to Villa Tara) or by transfer at the time of reservation).

The balance must be paid maximum 15 days before the day of your arrival.

• Reservation Cancellation Conditions:

For the guest house only, a deposit of €500 will be requested at the time of booking.

Cancellations must be sent by email:

We accept cancellations (any postponement or partial cancellation is considered as total cancellation of the stay), free of charge up to 15 days (18h) before the initially planned arrival date.

A cancellation period (any postponement or partial cancellation is considered as total cancellation of the stay), total or partial, less than 15 days from the initial day of arrival makes the entire price non-refundable.

A reservation not canceled, a no-show on your part or an early departure will result in the total billing of the stay (non-refundable payment).
